Through real-world use cases and best-practice examples, you will learn how to roll out training to your staff efficiently with a Learning Management System. The program also provides access to an LMS (Learning Management System). Please bring a laptop so you can practice managing training in a test environment.

Duration: 1:45 hrs

Trainer: Florian Hahn, Chevron Group

Workshop 2: Compliance Performance Audits

How can you be sure that you remain compliant, that your procedures and suppliers are performing effectively, and that they are cost-effective? Participants will learn how to structure audits in line with ISO 19011 and how to evaluate the performance of compliance procedures. A laptop or tablet is required for the practical exercise.

Duration: 1:45 hrs
