ICE London, the world's largest gaming trade show, is back. And so is our traditional Gaming in Holland Lunch!

The 2022 GiH Conference & Expo will take place on June 20-21 at Jaarbeurs Utrecht, one of the Netherlands’ premier exhibition centers.
This year's event will consist of a conference on June 20 and a free-to-attend expo on June 20-21.
The 2022 GiH Conference will highlight developments in the entire Dutch gambling industry. The Conference will feature regulators, experts, and key decision makers to help you make sense of what happened and what to expect for the future.
The Conference keynote speech will be delivered by Netherlands Gambling Authority chair René Jansen. We expect to announce additional speakers soon.
This year's conference will be accompanied by a fully-fledged product exhibition (expo) specifically aimed at the Dutch market.
A large number of stands, featuring essential products & services tailored to Netherlands-licensed operators, have already been sold. Apart from stands, the Expo will also feature relevant presentations and other breakout sessions. The Expo will be free to attend.

· EASG 2022, the 13th European Conference on Gambling Studies and Policy Issues, has now been scheduled for 6 – 9 September 2022, and will take place in Oslo, Norway.
Gran Casino rebrands as Circus Gran Casino
Dutch land-based operator Gran Casino, which operates four slots arcades in cooperation with hotel chain Van der Valk, has rebranded as Circus Gran Casino.
The rebranding follows the public announcement of the launch of a new joint venture between Gran Casino, Van der Valk International, and Belgium's Gaming1, which owns and operates the Circus.be brand, as well as a large number of land-based venues.
Earlier this month, the Netherlands Gambling Authority announced it has issued an online license to the joint venture.
Frank Kastelijns, Director of Gran Casino commented: “The Dutch online market holds a wealth of opportunity, and we’re excited to partner with Gaming1, who brings an established reputation for transforming its partners operations into a true online experience. We’re sure that together we’ll be able to introduce players to one of the best online gaming catalogues available.”
Erwin van Lambaart celebrates farewell reception at Holland Casino Utrecht
Last Friday, departing Holland Casino CEO, Erwin van Lambaart celebrated his farewell reception at the newly opened Holland Casino Utrecht venue. On March 14, Van Lambaart was installed as Chairman of the Board of Casinos Austria, one of Europe's largest gambling operators.
Under Van Lambaart's direction, Holland Casino launched a new strategy, opened several new venues, dealt with the Covid-19 crisis, and entered the regulated Dutch online market.
Given the many challenges Van Lambaart faced, his celebratory send-off was certainly well-deserved.
