Sports betting company Sportech has announced the intended sale of its Netherlands-based business Sportech Racing BV to RBP Luxembourg for a fee of €3.25m. The transaction is expected to close in H2 2018.
The Dutch government has finally responded to three policy recommendations which were proposed by the Netherlands Gaming Authority in March 2017 on the topics of 1) gaming machine regulations; 2) promotional games of chance; and 3) the coming into force of the remote gaming bill and casino reform bill.
