Following a freedom of information request, the Netherlands Gaming Authority has published a series of documents outlining its controversial decision to tighten its prioritization (enforcement) criteria as of 1 June 2017. Of particular interest may be this memo which details some of the reasons behind the regulator’s decision to adjust its online enforcement criteria. We will follow up with more details tomorrow.
