On Friday, a Dutch court ended the account preservation order which class action claimant Loterijverlies had obtained against the Staatsloterij (now part of Nederlandse Loterij). The order caused €121m in assets to be temporarily frozen. Loterijverlies is claiming compensation on behalf of thousands of lottery players for misleading advertising practices by the Dutch lottery operator.
