The House, after hearing the deliberations, ascertaining that several taxation measures, such as the increase of the water tax, are going to negatively impact sports associations, ascertaining that, on the other hand, the intended liberalization of the (online) gambling market  will put the revenues for social goals, including sports, at risk; the government requests that the intended liberalization of the gambling market go ahead only if it can be guaranteed that the social revenues for sports from lotteries will at least remain the same, and then continues on to the order of the day.
